How could someone abandon this cute little chap? It’s hard to undertand, especially when Otto is extremely loving and friendly. He will make a wonderful little companion and will bring lots of love and a little bit of fun with him! Otto would suit a retired home, but could live with older teenagers and calm, gentle dogs. He could also possibly live with a cat. Please help Otto to find a caring home of his own and forget his horrible past.
